Overview
ICON Vehicle Dynamics’ Stage 3 Suspension System for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma is engineered for drivers who want maximum control, comfort, and capability on and off the road. ICON’s focus is simple: more wheel travel and better damping, so your Tacoma stays planted and predictable in everything from daily driving to rough dirt and trail conditions.
Up front, the system features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks with internal reservoirs for excellent heat management, paired with ICON-engineered coil springs for a confident, responsive feel through the full range of travel. The coilovers are height adjustable from 1.25–3” of front lift, giving you the clearance to run larger, more aggressive wheel and tire setups.
To help maximize front suspension travel on 4WD models, the kit includes front differential drop brackets to improve CV operating angles and reduce the chance of CV bind. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace softer OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load.
Handling and alignment are further improved with ICON’s tubular upper control arms, designed to correct front-end geometry, add caster, and increase clearance around suspension components. The OE ball joint is replaced with the serviceable, rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO, delivering full bump and droop travel while eliminating binding.
In the rear, ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks provide enhanced cooling and vehicle-specific valving that balances performance from front to rear. The result is a Tacoma that rides smoother, tracks straighter, and performs harder—on pavement and in the dirt.
