Overview

ICON billet aluminum rear lower link arms for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra, 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia, and 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma are a serious upgrade over the factory links—delivering more strength, more adjustability, and better overall suspension performance. Each link is CNC-machined in-house from 6061 aluminum and anodized for excellent corrosion resistance, offering a major improvement in durability and appearance compared to stock components.

These rear lower links feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends to increase articulation and reduce deflection, helping the rear suspension move more freely and track more consistently on- and off-road. ICON’s Double Adjuster System allows quick, on-vehicle length adjustments—making it easy to correct geometry for different lift heights and fine-tune pinion angle without removing the links. Maintenance-free dual-durometer bushings provide smooth, quiet operation while still allowing maximum angularity, eliminating the bushing bind that can limit suspension performance in stock form.

To further improve trail capability, ICON incorporated replaceable nylon rock sliders to help the links glide over obstacles and prevent hang-ups on technical terrain. Once development was complete, the links were validated through ICON’s “ICON1K” real-world test cycle for proven durability and performance.
