Overview
ICON Vehicle Dynamics suspension systems for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma are built for drivers who demand real performance—on the street, on the trail, and everywhere in between. ICON’s engineering focus is on increasing wheel travel and improving damping control, which translates to a more confident ride, better handling, and improved stability in rough terrain.
This Stage 2 system features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilover shocks with internal reservoirs for excellent cooling and consistent performance, paired with ICON-engineered coil springs for a smooth, responsive feel throughout the suspension travel. The coilovers are height adjustable from 1.25–3” of front lift, making room for larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
For 4WD models, the included front differential drop brackets help optimize CV operating angles and maximize usable travel while reducing the potential for CV bind. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace softer OE bushings to limit differential movement under load for better durability and control.
To complete the system, ICON’s tubular upper control arms improve strength, correct alignment geometry, and enhance drivability—while the patented Delta Joint PRO delivers smooth, bind-free articulation through bump and droop. Out back, triple-rate rear coil springs provide improved ride quality and performance with 0.5” of rear lift, and 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks offer balanced damping to match the front.
