Overview
ICON Vehicle Dynamics suspension systems for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma are built for drivers who want maximum control, comfort, and capability on and off the pavement. ICON’s goal is simple: increase wheel travel and improve damping—so your Tacoma stays composed in rough terrain, corners flatter, and rides smoother everywhere.
This Stage 3 system features vehicle-specific, tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers with internal reservoirs for excellent heat management, paired with ICON-engineered coil springs that deliver a confident, controlled feel throughout the full range of travel. Front lift height is adjustable from 1.25–3 inches, making room for larger, more aggressive wheel and tire setups.
To maximize front suspension travel and reduce the risk of CV bind on 4WD models, the system combines a front differential drop with coilover lengths designed specifically for the 2024–2025 Tacoma. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the softer factory bushings to help limit differential movement under load.
The included ICON tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, and increase clearance—improving alignment range, drivability, and component durability. They also feature the serviceable, rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO, engineered to provide full bump and droop travel while eliminating binding common to OE-style ball joints.
