ICON Delta Joint Billet Upper Control Arms — Toyota Tacoma (2005–2023)

Overview

Unlock next-level performance and ride quality for your Tacoma with ICON Vehicle Dynamics’ Delta Joint billet aluminum upper control arm kit. Each arm is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in a matte anodize for superior strength and corrosion resistance. PTFE-lined ¾" FK rod ends and machined adjuster sleeves allow on-vehicle alignment, giving you precise caster and camber tuning.

Pair these UCAs with ICON extended-travel coilovers to gain additional droop and usable wheel travel—translating into better control, comfort, and confidence on and off the road.

At the heart of the design is ICON’s patented Delta Joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700): a heavy-duty, high-angle ball joint that blends the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball—without the uniball’s exposure issues. A zinc-plated housing and tough grease seal keep elements out, while the metal-on-metal, greaseable design delivers long life and quiet operation.

• Recommended tire: 33" x 11.50" (Larger may fit with trimming and additional modifications.)

Lift Range Compatibility

• 2005–2015 Tacoma: Compatible with 0–3.5" of front lift over stock

• 2016–2023 Tacoma: Compatible with 0–2.75" of front lift over stock

• Fits Toyota Tacoma 2005–2023 (see lift ranges above)

• Only compatible with OE spindles — do not use with any aftermarket spindles

• Does not fit 2005–2015 2WD 5-lug Tacoma models
