Overview

ICON Vehicle Dynamics suspension systems for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma are engineered for drivers who want maximum performance, control, and confidence on any terrain. ICON’s core focus is improving wheel travel and damping, which translates into a more stable, predictable ride with outstanding comfort—both on-road and off-road.

This Stage 4 system features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs, paired with ICON-engineered coil springs for a smooth, responsive feel throughout the full range of travel. Remote reservoirs significantly increase oil volume and cooling surface area, helping resist overheating and cavitation during aggressive driving—so performance stays consistent when conditions get demanding.

Front lift height is adjustable from 1.25–3 inches, allowing clearance for larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. On 4WD models, the combination of front differential drop brackets and Tacoma-specific coilover lengths helps maximize usable front travel while reducing the risk of CV bind. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace soft factory bushings to limit differential movement under load for improved stability and durability.

  • Larger tires may fit, but trimming/modifications may be required.

Application Notes:

• #30: Adjustable track bar recommended (not required) to realign axle

• #55: Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights shown are for stock-equipped vehicles.

• #85: Lift ranges are for stock-equipped vehicles; added weight from accessories will change lift height.

• #153: Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles

• #155: ADAS recalibration required after installation

• #164: Will not fit Tacoma submodels equipped with rear leaf springs
