Overview
ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024–2025 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series suspension systems are built for maximum performance and drivers who demand confident control on the road and true capability off it. ICON’s focus with the Stage 5 System is to increase wheel travel and improve damping performance—translating into better ride quality, sharper handling, and more stability in rugged terrain.
Up front, Stage 5 features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilovers with remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs for a planted, predictable feel through the full range of travel. The coilovers provide 1.25"–3" of adjustable front lift, making room for larger wheel and tire combinations. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling surface area to help resist overheating and cavitation during hard use, reducing the chance of damper fade. A front differential drop kit and ICON’s optimized coilover lengths help maximize usable travel while improving CV operating angles to prevent bind. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace soft OE bushings to limit differential movement under load for improved driveline stability.
This system also includes ICON billet aluminum upper control arms, designed to correct front-end geometry, increase clearance, and provide on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment for precise alignment and improved drivability—especially on lifted vehicles. ICON’s serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO replaces the factory ball joint to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
Out back, dual-rate rear coil springs combine a comfortable initial rate with a firmer overload rate for excellent bottom-out resistance and improved off-road performance. Matched ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks feature integrated bump zones and vehicle-specific valving to balance the Land Cruiser from front to rear. With 2" of rear lift, Stage 5 delivers a more level stance and a noticeable increase in capability whether you’re commuting, towing, or hitting the trail.
