Overview
ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024–2025 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series suspension systems are engineered for maximum performance and drivers who push their vehicles on and off-road. ICON’s goal with the Stage 5 System is to increase wheel travel and improve damping control, delivering a smoother ride, sharper handling, and greater confidence in harsh terrain.
Up front, Stage 5 includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilovers with remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs for a planted, predictable feel through the full range of travel. The coilovers are height adjustable from 1.25"–3" of front lift to accommodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire setups. Remote reservoirs add shock oil capacity and cooling surface area to better manage heat, helping resist cavitation and damping fade during hard use. A front differential drop and ICON’s optimized coilover lengths help maximize usable travel while reducing CV angles to prevent bind. Polyurethane differential mount bushings replace soft OE bushings to limit differential movement under load and improve stability.
This system also includes ICON tubular upper control arms designed to correct front-end geometry, add caster, and improve clearance at full suspension travel. ICON’s serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO replaces the factory ball joint, allowing full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
Out back, dual-rate rear coils combine a comfortable primary spring rate with a firmer overload rate for excellent bottom-out resistance and improved off-road control. The rear is matched with ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks featuring integrated bump zones and vehicle-specific valving to balance the chassis front to rear. With 2" of rear lift, Stage 5 levels the stance and significantly increases capability everywhere you drive.
