2010-2018 and 2019-Up Ram 2500/3500

2010–2018 (4th Gen HD)

• Leveling (≈2–2.5")
  Front coils/spacers with matched shocks and track-bar correction to keep steering tight. Commonly clears 35s on the right offset. Optional dual steering stabilizer for highway smoothness.

• Mid Lift (3–4") — Work/Play Sweet Spot
  Replacement coils, radius-arm drops or adjustable arms, track-bar bracket, sway/bar links, brake-line provisions, and tuned shocks. Confident on-road control and better articulation; 37s fit with proper wheels.

• Full Lift (5–6"+)
  Complete geometry package; options for 4-link conversions, carrier-bearing drop (as needed), long-travel shocks. Trail-ready clearance; 38–40" possible with correct specs and trimming.

Rear setups:

• 2500 (’14–’18): 5-link coil-spring rear—choose spring rates by load; add panhard correction at 3"+.

• 3500: Leaf-spring rear—block/leaf options, add-a-leafs, and helper/air systems for heavy towing.

2019–Up (5th Gen HD)

• Leveling (≈2–2.5")
  Front coils/spacers, shocks, and track-bar geometry to maintain tight steering. Clears many 35s; retains ride quality.

• Mid Lift (3–4")
  New coils, radius-arm drops/adjustables, track-bar bracket, sway links, brake-line provisions, and tuned shocks. Ideal balance for daily, jobsite, and weekend trails; 37s with the right offset.

• Full Lift (5–6"+)
  4-link options, drag-link/track-bar correction, carrier-bearing drop (as needed), and long-travel dampers. Maximum clearance and composure under load; 38–40" with proper wheels and minor trimming.

Platform Notes (Both Gens)

• Towing/Load: Choose rear spring rate for payload; add helper/air systems to keep rake when loaded.

• Steering geometry: Correct caster and track-bar angles to avoid shimmy; torque hardware properly.

• Power Wagon/Off-Road packages: use kit variants that respect factory shock/sway tuning and locker wiring.

• Air-suspension (select trims): retain or convert—compatible solutions available.

• ADAS/Lighting: align after lift; re-aim headlights and plan radar/camera calibration on newer trucks.

• Typical upsizes: 35s (level), 37s (3–4"), 38–40s (5–6"+) with proper offset and minor trimming.
